Oh, I totally agree with you, SandraG! Mercury does get muted in water, but with Cancer being a Cardinal sign, it also gets a sort of "self-starter" type of dynamic with it. So it's a lot of "muffled words swimming fast" to me. It's under the current, and sometimes not always sure of the direction it's going in, so the emotions tend to run high and get stifled or stuck because they can't be expressed clearly. That often ties back to nostalgia and reminiscing about times gone by.
So, I still entirely agree with you about miscommunication. When you put a straw in a glass of water, refraction bends the shape of the straw because the speed of light changes and gets altered through the density of the water. Cancer does the same thing to Mercury. Perception of reality changes, and Mercury doesn't know any better because it's so saturated.
Did you feel that intense Jupiter sqaure to Neptune in Aries - 6/18 that seemed the last few days before and after ..maybe I'm overly sensitive since I'm a Cancer Sun. Talk about fog. I'm anticipating the Jupiter Cazimi on 6/24 ....
I pulled The World, The Ten of Pentacles and The Devil. The truth I was avoiding was acknowledging how far I've come, everything I've already accomplished. I integrate this with the abundant encouragement from my family and friends and when it is integrated I'll be able to take pleasure in the fruits of my efforts and get obsessed over the next big idea.
